“High security” handcuffs

When people think “high security”, they think of a product of better quality than the rest. This is not the case with handcuffs. These Hyatts are sold as high security. The only difference in these is that they split the paw into 3 sections. As you can see in this video, they pick open in seconds with a bobby pin.
LEO should not count on these to keep criminals detained. A much better choice is the Yuill handcuffs.
